Considerations
What to think through
before you choose.
- i.1
Fire code
Commercial installs typically require ASTM E84 Class A rated material. We can specify residential-look wallcoverings that meet Type-II commercial spec.
- i.2
Daily traffic
In hospitality lobbies and retail spaces, we plan for wall-height rub marks — protective specification below 42 inches, statement material above.
- i.3
Speed of install
Commercial timelines are shorter. We schedule three-shift installs when the room is not in use — often overnight in hospitality.
- i.4
Warranty & maintenance
Every commercial project ships with a maintenance kit — matching material, dye-lot notes, and a two-year on-call spot-repair contract.
