Please review our prototype scheduling terms below. Final rules will be confirmed before production launch.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice
Late cancellations and missed appointments may forfeit the consultation fee
Complimentary showroom appointments should also be cancelled when the client cannot attend

Travel consultations and specialized project reviews may have additional terms confirmed at the time of scheduling.
