Arte

Belgium · Est. 1981

Belgian craftsmanship — natural fibres, embossed leathers, hand-embellished paper and technical wallcoverings.

The House

Arte's Belgian workshops produce some of the most technically ambitious wallcoverings in the industry. Every collection is developed and produced under one roof outside Antwerp.

Since 1981 Arte has built a reputation for material innovation — embossed cork, hand-blocked leather, dimensional metallic weaves, and natural fibres pressed with pigment.

Where American houses focus on pattern, Arte focuses on hand — the physical experience of the material against your fingers. Their samples are always the heaviest in our library.

The house is particularly strong for feature-wall installations. Their embossed leather series and dimensional metallic weaves are unmatched at a single-wall or powder-room scale.
